If you don’t choose the auto-connect option, you can simply compare agents until you find some that you think you could work with.
We suggest that you meet in person with 3-4 agents for an appraisal of your home. By doing this, you will be able to see what they think of your home, including its estimated sale price. As well as this, you will be able to see if you can work well with the agent and this should help you to make your final choice of agent.
